Photographing Jaywick
Often known as one of the most ‘deprived’ areas in the UK and often shown in the media to be ‘run down’, the aim of this photo series was to show the other side of the once-famed holiday destination.
The images shown here were taken along the beautiful golden sandy beach on the stretch between Jaywick and Clacton in Essex.
In Ed’s Shoes
This series of images shows locations where Ed Sheeran filmed music videos to some of his songs.
I visited a very windy North Denes Dunes in Great Yarmouth, Southwold Pier and Pin Mill near Ipswich, the location of the famous Pin Mill wrecks (as shown in this photo).
Erosion: Hemsby & Happisburgh
For this series, I visited the towns of Hemsby & Happisburgh on the North Norfolk Coast. Both areas have been seriously affected by coastal erosion in recent years. This series shows some of the effects of that erosion.
Athens 2019
In 2019, before COVID lockdowns, I visited the Greek capital, Athens. This mini series shows off some of the architecture and a stunning sunset from one of the highest tourist attractions in Athens, Lyccabettus Hill.
