Hi, I'm Chris Bedwell

I'm a professional and passionate photographer who loves to take photographs of things, places, and people.

With over twelve years experience in business, and a lifelong love of photography, I have turned my photographic skills and knowledge to a wide range of projects. This includes:

- Headshots
- Product Photography
- Interiors/property including 360 degree virtual tours
- Food Photography
- Events and Weddings

This page shows off just a handful of those shoots.

I enjoy every single shoot that I do, and it is my aim to achieve customer satisfaction every time, no matter the shoot, or the project.

I am proficient in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I mostly use Lightroom to edit my clients images. Both packages are on the Creative Cloud so I am always sure to use the latest version.

Client: Samskip Modal

Samskip Modal contacted me as they were looking for some headshots of the staff to be taken at their offices in Ipswich.

I took my portable 'studio' set up to their offices and was able to set up an area for the photographs to be taken. At the end of the shoot, I took some more 'natural' photographs around the office, to add to the image set. I made sure that I included the Samskip logo & branding in the images where it was appropriate to do so.

I turned the images around within 24 hours to ensure the client was happy.

Client: Absolutely Couriers

I have undertaken several photographic assignments for the innovative couriers over the last few years.

My initial photography booking with the company was to take some headshot images of the staff, and particularly of the new CEO who had recently taken up his post within the company. The brief for the shoot that followed this was to photograph some of the newer Electric Vehicles which is the core offering of the company. The key here was to focus on the branding.

Client: ASD Lighting

Rotherham-based ASD Lighting contacted me as they had taken on the contract to replace the lights along the Sir Bobby Robson Bridge in Ipswich.

The brief was a simple 'before and after'. They were looking for a set of images of the Bridge before the lights were installed, and then images after the installation had taken place.

Client: We Are Twelve - Boots Hearingcare Launch

The creative agency, We Are Twelve contacted me as they were seeking photographic coverage of the launch of the new Boots Hearingcare store at the Meadows Shopping Centre in Chelmsford.

The shoot consisted of interior photography of the store, documentary style coverage of guests and staff, and a group photograph of the 'official' opening, to be used in the press coverage.

Client: Mr Yum - Geek Retreat Ipswich

I was contacted by the online ordering company, Mr Yum, who were looking some photographs to be taken of the food and drink offer from one of their new clients, Geek Retreat, Ipswich.

The shoot consisted of food and drink photography, with the images to be used on the app for when customers were placing their orders.

Client: Brohmon Indian Restaurant

Brohmon in Stansted contracted me on a few occasions to produce a number of different photographs for them. The shoots included food and drink, as well as merchandise, modelled by the managers daughter.

Client: De Luxe Drinks

Maldon-based De Luxe Drinks booked me to take some product photographs of the items that they sell to their customers , that primarily go in their vending machines. The photographs were taken in my portable product photography 'light cube', on location at the companies premises.

Client: Oximio

I was asked to produce a set of headshot style images for Oximio, of the current managers of the organisation. The brief for the shoot included a number of 'suggested poses' for the set which I tried my best to include. For this shoot, I took my 'portable studio' to a space that was hired at the Regus building in Ipswich.

The company was very happy about the finished photographs and left a glowing review on my Google Business page.

Client: The Library Bar & Restaurant

The new restaurant in Ingatestone asked me to photograph some of their new food and drink items, prior to the restaurants main launch. All items were photographed on location in the Restaurant itself.
